From the Creators of Be Victorious Events | Double Trouble | Teams of 2 with 3 workouts!  Registration Opens July 1st to all fitness enthusiasts with a 35 team max.  

This is a Beginner/Intermediate event sure to deliver good times, high fives and of course FITNESS!

Early bird prices will be set at $115 with prices going up to $130 on July 8th.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There will be plenty of street parking.  Please do not park in the event parking lot.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Please, NO pets or alcohol.

We recommend you bring a small easy up, chairs and an ice chest w/ food and water.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: Max Calories - Air Assualt

Partner A - Max Calories on Assault Bike

Partner B - Completes 1 round of

  • 6 Burpees 
  • 12 Box Jumps
  • 18 Kettle Bell Swings

Alternate after each round of burpees/box jumps/kb swings.

Burpees will be to a plate
Intermediate #53/35 | 24in/20in
Beginner #26 | 20in | Step Ups Allowed

*Total max calories will be used as tie-breaker for the event.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Build to a heavy complex of:

  1. Power Clean
  2. Hang Clean
  3. Two (2) Front Squats

Each partner will perform a heavy complex.  The heaviest successful weight completed will be recorded as the final score.  10 Min time cap.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP 13 min 

  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 50 Deadlifts
  • 50 Double unders (each)
  • 50 Hang Power Cleans
  • 50 Hand Release Pushups (split any way)
  • 50 Shoulder to Overhead
  • 50 Pull-ups

Beginner: 55
Intermediate: 115/80
