Welcome to Colorado’s 7th Annual Girls Gone Rx Competition!!

This year BackCountry will be hosting this event at their HUGE facility!!

Registration will open July 2nd at 10am!

The past 3 years this event sold out within 1 hour! That's nearly 500+ ladies all trying to sign up at once. So save the date!!

 Excited to announce we now have 2 divisions!

Here is a quick description to help you determine what division to register for. 

RX Division :: Your team can efficiently do the following: pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. Can efficiently do a full Squat Snatch and/or full Squat Clean & Jerk at or above 95lbs.

BAM Division :: (Badass In the Making) Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications like jumping pull-ups, new to olympic lifting, and needs to modify most of the workouts.

  • No “finals”, all teams will get to do all workouts!
  • 8% of your score is fundraising! We are excited as Denver is always our highest fundraising event of all!!!

You will need your team's names, email addresses, and TANK TOP sizes. Same tanks as last year, different color and design. Brand of tank is Next Level. You can change team names throughout the summer if needed and switch out athletes all the way up to the event date.


In addition to some amazing prizes for the top teams, EVERY team will get an awesome swag bag! Swag bag include tons of samples, freebies, coupon codes, gift certs, and more!


We do not do refunds for our events, but will happily accept team exchanges if you can find someone to take your team spot.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 10

Using a 10-minute Running Clock:

5 Rounds for Time:
10 Partner Deadlifts 265lbs (BAM = 215lbs)

10 Syncro Team Hand Release Burpees

10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (BAM = Ring Row)


*BONUS Reps, with remaining time:

AMRAP Ring Muscle Ups (BAM = Pull Ups)


*Each Rep completed will be 2 seconds off workout time. It is not required to complete Muscle Ups (or pull ups) to receive a score for this workout.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP in 8 Minutes: 

40 Box Step Ups 20” 24kg (BAM = 16kg)

80 Wall Ball Shots 14lbs to 10ft (BAM = 10lbs to 10ft)

120 Double Unders (BAM = Single Unders)

3a: AMRAP in 6 Minutes:

Max Cals on Rower

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

3b: AMRAP in 6 Minutes:

Max Rep Snatch 95lbs (BAM = 65lbs)

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

6 Minute Clock for the team to establish a 1rm Barbell Complex for each Athlete

Barbell Complex: 1 Hang Clean + 1 Shoulder to Overhead

Bright Pink Fundraising- Every $1 is 1 rep

This score is worth 8% of your overall event score.

Donation cut off for the event is the end of Workout #3, we will enter in all donations up to that point to reward top team at the event (you can still however donate all year!!)
