#Battle of the 91

- CrossFit Lifted vs CrossFit Inversion will be high energy partner competition for all skill levels

-There will be 4 scored events testing strength and overall capacity. This will be scored as normal. 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. THERE WILL ALSO BE AN OVERALL GYM SCORE FOR THE COVETED "AFFILIATE CUP". THE WINNING GYM WILL KEEP ALL YEAR.

-Same Sex partners

-4 Divisions. Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner, Masters combined age of 76!!!

Advanced/RX: Able to perform all loads/ movements without modification: Chest to bar pull ups, Toes to bar, Double-unders, Thruster 115/80, Clean & Jerk 185/125, Deadlift 225/155

-Intermediate: Need to sometimes modify load/movements: Chin-Over bar pull ups, Toes to bar,double-unders, Clean & Jerks 135/95. Snatch 95/65. Thruster 95/65, Deadlift 155/105

-FUN: Beginner/ New to CF: Have fun. 

-One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members' names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.
