Event description

For the first time, of what we hope will become many, Crown City and NELA Athletics are coming together for a friendly competition.

Sign up by July 9th to reserve your spot as spaces are limited

This will be a two person team, same sex, team competition.

We will have 3-divisions, Novice, Intermediate and Advanced so that we can accommodate all athletes regardless of where they are in their fitness journey.

There will be a 3-week qualifier that will determine seeding for completion day. These events will be done at your "home" box. The workouts will be released Thursday night and, similar to the Open, must be completed by Monday evening at 5pm.

Qualifier schedule will be as follows;

Week 1 - July 19-23
Week 2 - July 26-30
Week 3 - August 2-6

3 rounds:

18 wall balls 20/14

12 Chest 2 Bar Pull ups

Then:

3 rounds:

10 Front Rack Lunges 135/95

6 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95

Partner A does 1st movement, Partner B does same movement.

Intermediate:WB: 14/10, Pull ups, FRL/S2O: 95/63

Novice: WB: 6, Jumping Pull ups, FRL/S2O: 33
