Event description

This Minnesota Fitness Revival will challenge you and your buddies to step out of your CrossFit comfort zone and test your true functional fitness!

 

The 3-Way is outdoors, rain or shine! Select Scaled or Rx and as a Team of 3 (same gender), you and your buddies will complete 4 WODs using odd objects such as the sandbag, atlas stone, and sled!

To set you up for success when you arrive onsite, here’s what you need to know:

 

Check- In - All athletes must check in at 8am.

 

Where Am I Going? – Check in will be on the designated park grounds. Exact location TBD. Please follow our Facebook Event page and check your email for important event updates.

 

Parking – There's plenty of parking available onsite. Please follow our Facebook Event Page for important event updates.

 

Come Prepared – You’ll need to provide a valid ID to complete check-in. Athletes are encouraged to bring extra pair of shoes/clothes incase of wet weather, water, pop up canopies, chairs, coolers, etc. We intend to have a food vendor on-site.

 

No Take-Backs – Life happens—we totally get that. But please be aware that if you cannot participate in the weekend’s events, we cannot offer a refund for any reason.

 

Trading Places – You can substitute an athlete up until registration closes on Sunday, August 12th. Please

Sandbag Run starts at 240 meters and decreases by 40 meters each round.

Time Cap = 15 minutes. Sandbag weights: Male RX = 75lbs, Female RX & Male Scaled = 50lbs, Female RX = 25lbs.

Sleds start with 3 plates of 45lbs (male RX) or 25lbs (Female RX Male Scaled) or 10lbs (Female Scaled) .  1 plate removed at the completion of each round.
