Iron House Presents WODtoberFest!

A Classic Team Competition for everyday ters to come out and have a little fun!

This will be a 4 person team competition (2 Guys/2 Gals).

There will be 3 WODS and a Floater. WODtoberFest will be a one day competition. 

We will have Rx, Scaled, and Masters categories available. Masters requirement is a Total age of 160 years.

We are teaming up with Old Bakery Brewery and will have a Craft Beer Tent and Turkey Legs available throughout the day!

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: most chest to bar pull-ups
