Onsite Competition for Teams

Event description

Teams of two males or two females.

All athletes 18-39 will be in one division and all athletes over 40 will be in the masters division.  Every athlete who registers will recieve a T-shirt just for competing! After the first two workouts you will be placed into two division (intermediate/novice) before you compete in the third workout.  Once you have completed the four WODs and floater workout the top 4 teams in each division will compete in the finals.  The athletes in the top division will recieve the cash prizes and the other athletes will recieve swag bags, medals, and a trophy.


If you register after 9/9 you will not receive a T-shirt as the T-shirt order is going out on 9/9.


Refund Policy-  No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 15

2000m run (5 big laps)

*Switch partners every 400m

*You must go over all the obstacles 




Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Every minute on the minute complete:
1)30 Single Unders
2)1 Ground to Overhead
—*Increase in weight every set (see weights below)*

If you are unable to complete the 30 single unders and 1 ground to overhead with in the minute then you will be finished with event 2.

Your score will be how far you progress in the ladder.

You don’t have to alternate parters between rounds unless you prefer too. The only rule is that if partner one completes the 30 single unders during that minute interval then partner 2 must do the ground to overhead.

**The 30 single unders must be completed prior to the ground to overhead.
**You must stay in the box until the full minute is complete
**If the bar bounces out of the box it’s considered a no rep
**If you make it to the final weight then with your remaining time complete as many ground to overheads as possible with the final weight.

*When you rack the bar you have to complete 5 Wall Balls before your partner can squat

*Just a reminder: following the first two WODS, teams will be assigned to either the RX division or the scaled division based on performance in the first two WODS.*

One partner will complete an exercise then tag their partner to complete the next exercise, continuing to alternate for the full 15 minutes. Standards are explained in the video for RX and then scaled.

3 minute AMRAP

Partner 1- Bike Max Cals
Partner 2- Sled Push Max distance

*Switch at 1:30 the partner biking must remain on the bike until 1:30
*Every 15 ft the sled is pushed counts as a rep
*Mens weight for all divisions=45 on the sled
*Womens weight for all divisions= empty sled
