Team based competition brings out the best in everyone. The Athletic Fitness Games is a TEAM based immersive competition, where guys and girls across all levels of fitness can lift, run, flip, press and jump to try and outdo the competition. 

Free parking, chnaging rooms, showers and bar open all day at Stoke on trent RFC.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Time Cap: 15

In 15 minutes:

  • 100 calories bike
  • Tyre flip length of lane
  • 100 Syncro Sandbag Thruster
  • Tyre flip length of lane
  • max calories bike in time remaining

* athletes can pair up on the tyre flip as male / female   or female / female or male on ther own.

**2 athletes working at the same time on the syncro thrusters

 

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 15 | Tiebreaker: No of reps complete if not finished in time

For time:

  • 50 stone to shoulder (15KG)
  • 4 up and overs (down up before each rep)
  • 40 stone to shoulder (30KG)
  • 4 up and overs (down up before each rep)
  • 30 stone to shoulder (45KG)
  • 4 up and overs (down up before each rep)
  • 20 stone to shoulder (65KG)

*each athlete must comlete an up and over before moving on to the next lift

**x 3 up and overs if assisted

***tie breaker number of reps completed

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

Eliminator run for time

  • x 5 laps
  • lap 1 - all athletes
  • lap 2 - all athletes
  • 1 athlete drops out
  • lap 3 - 3 athletes 
  • 1 athlete drops out
  • lap 4 - 2 athletes
  • 1 athlete drops out
  • lap 5 - 1 athlete

* 1 x sandbag must be carried the entire distance

** new lap cannot be started until all 'active athletes' have crossed the line

Sprint Relay

Each athlete goes 1 at a time

- Over Balance beam

- Atlas ball carry (45kg / 30kg) between cones

- Sprint to end & touch tyre

- Atlas ball carry (45kg / 30kg) between cones

- twice through for each athlete

** if fail balance beam 3 times then 5 x burpee penalty and carry on

*** teamates can help athletes onto beam but must let go before crossing starts

Buy In - start at same time

100 wall ball over beam male pair

80 cal bike female pair (must split in 1/2)

 

60 syncro burpee to tyre

 

Cash Out - start at same time

80 cal bike male pair (must split in 1/2)
