Event description

The 2018 Fortius Fall Games will be a mixed couples team (M,F) competition. With both team and individual tests - testing every facet of CrossFit ability - with workouts long enough to get your money's worth!

There will be 3 divisions: Intermediate, Advanced, and Elite. Programming provided by Coach Daimino Stewart and Jesse Malcomb. Designed to ensure each division has clear skill definition to avoid "sandbagging" as much as possible.

The teams of 2 will be M,F. There will be 4 events, spread out throughout the day!

*EVENT 1*
Clean and Jerk Ladder
60 sec at each station for each partner to make 1 successful Clean and Jerk, 2 Bars Per Station - M/F going together, alternating reps in the 60 seconds

Int: Starts at 115/85, Ends at 235/155
Adv: Starts at 165/105, Ends at 285/185
Elite: Starts at 205/115, Ends at 325/205

*2 Scores (Male total tonnage, Female total tonnage)
**You may advance to next station if you complete at least a clean, you get credit for weight cleaned + weight jerked
***Any type of shoulder to overhead is acceptable for the jerk

- 3 Rounds for Time -
20 Partner Deadlifts (Int: 240#, Adv: 330#, Elite 440#)
30 Toes to Bar (other partner must be hanging from rig to count, broken up however)
20 Syncro Bar Facing Burpees
