Onsite Competition for Teams

Event description

The 2015 Apollo Games will be a co-ed team competition consisting of one male athlete and one female athlete. We are only accepting 50 teams so sign up quickly! Choose which division you would like to compete in based off of the criteria below.

RX Teams:

  • Double Unders
  • C2B Pull Ups
  • Bar Muscle Ups

RX men will also be performing multiple reps with the following movements and weights listed:

  • Deadlift (225)
  • Thruster (115)
  • Snatch (115)

RX women will also be performing multiple reps with the following movements and weights listed:

  • Deadlift (155)
  • Front Squat (115)
  • Clean (115)

Scaled Teams:

  • Single Unders
  • Pull Ups/partner assisted pull ups

Scaled men will also be performing multiple reps with the following movements and weights listed:

  • Deadlift (185)
  • Thruster (85)
  • Snatch (85)
  • 1 Arm Dumbbell Snatch (50)

Scaled women will also be performing multiple reps with the following movements and weights listed:

  • Deadlift (135)
  • Front Squat (85)
  • Clean (85)
  • 1 Arm Dumbbell Snatch (35)

Please park at the YMCA or in the parking lot across the street. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

5 min for both athletes to find 1RM Clean Score = Man's best lift + Woman's best lift

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better
