Event description

Once again, the UG Series will be hosting their 4th annual fall event. This year, the event will be held on October 18th at the Brampton Powerade Centre.  

We will have three teams divisions (RX, Semi Pro and Amateur) as well as a Masters Men and women division.  The teams will consist of 2 men and 2 women, and the masters must be 40 years old by October 18th.

AMRAP 9 7 Front Squats @155/105 (RX) @ 135/85 (Sp) @ 95/65 (AM) 5 Shuttle to OH

- 5 Deadlifts @225/145 (Rx) @ 185/125 (SP) @ 155/105 (Am) - 1 gasser run

Teams will work in a shuttle relay race format to complete AMRAP of the following: - 5 Pullups - 5 HSPU’s (Rx) Hand release pushups (Sp) *Amateur Teams do 3 pullups *2 burpee penalty for pullups incompleted 5 hand release pushups

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: Total Weight

Teams will work in same sex pairs on a platform. 2 Platforms/team A1 completes a 2:00 amrap of: 1 Sq Snatch/1 OH Squat @ 135/85 (rx) 115/65 (sp) 95/55 (Am) Then A2 does the same. Then the pair will have 5:00 to find their 1 RM Squat Snatch

- Burpees (in sync as a team) - T2B (working in co-ed pairs in sync) *AM must do feet above parallel - DB Thrusters @ 55/35 (RX) @ 55/35 (SP) @ 35/20 (AM) (working in co-ed pairs in sync) - Med ball partner passes (working in alternating same sex pairs) - Atlas Stone Squats (working in co-ed pairs in sync)
