CrossFit Copenhagen og vores samarbejdspartnere byder tilskuere velkommen BATTLE OF THE BOXES 2019!

I maj måned kvalificerede deltagerne sig ved interne konkurrencer i vores boxe landet over, og de bedste hold møder hinanden i lørdag d.31 August!

Du kan komme og heppe på dine lokale hold, og se hvilken box der løber med titlen som CrossFit Copenhagens stærkeste!

Du kan købe is, mad, smoothies og andre drikkevarer hos Banana is, Cafe Storm B, SimpleRAW, Coffe N Milk og Le Petit Rosé.
Eller shoppe nyt CrossFit gear fra Virus og Reebok, der også vil være til stede på dagen..

  • The workout is in two parts, on a eight minute running clock.
  • Part A is 75 of synchronised burpees over the bar for time.
  • Part max.  Reps. front squat. One athlete working at a time.
  • Parts A and B are scored as separate events and awarded 50% of a single workout. For example, the winner of part A will be awarded 50 points whereas in a normal workout 100 points would be awarded.
  • In the event of a tiebreak in part B, the team with the fastest time to complete part A will be given the highest placing
