Cave CrossFit Presents the 4th Annual 

 PROJECT MAYHEM:
FIND YOUR GREATNESS

The first rule of Project Mayhem is: "You do not ask questions."

Join us on Saturday, October 3rd from 3-8pm for a night packed with pure adrenaline & intensity! Represent your box and see if you have what it takes to make it through the Mayhem.  

20 all-male teams consisting of 6 athletes will compete in 10 non-stop events that will showcase raw strength, power and teamwork. If you are new to training, this event will be great for you! If you are a veteran, your skills and strength will be appreciated by your team mates.

 In addition to prizes for top 3 teams, 1st place squad gets ownership of the coveted MAYHEM SOAP TROPHY for the year!

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

50 Worm Clean & Jerks 25 Clean & Jerks Walk Worm to Opposite Side 25 Clean & Jerks Walk Worm to Start Worm must be shouldered by all members and then pressed to opposite shoulder before dropping for rep to count.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

For Time: 6 Sled Pull + Push Back 145-190-235-280-325-370 One athlete per weight. Butt must touch the ground at all times during pull. Tip of the sled must cross the line before athlete can stand and push back to starting position. Then they can load the weight on for the next athlete. Workout ends when all 6 athletes have crossed the finish line. 145= 45 190 =2x45 235 =3x45 280=4x45 325=5x45 370=6x45

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

For time: 25 Strict HSPU 25 Alternating Pistols 25M Handstand Walk 25M Hanstand Walk 25 Alternating Pistols 25 Strick HSPU 1 Athlete designated per movement. All reps of one movement must be completed before moving on to the next exercise.

For total weight: Snatch + Hang Snatch + OHS There will be two bars per team, 3 athletes per bar. Each group will have 8 minutes to find each athletes max complex weight. Only one athlete can lift at a time. Snatch and hang snatch can be squat or power. Overhead Squat must be below parallel. The score will be the total from ALL 6 athletes. Athletes can lift more than once but every athlete's score will be included in total.

For Time: 10 Stone To Shoulder (95#) 10 Tire Flips 8 Stone to Shoulder (115#) 10 Tire Flips 6 Stone to Shoulder (145#) 10 Tire Flips 2 Athletes assigned per stone weight and 10 tire flips and can split up the stones and tires however they want. Only one movement at a time before tagging next pair.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

For Time: 50M Yoke Carry (25M Down & 25M Back) 280-300-320-340-360-380 One athlete per weight and has to cross the finish line before the next athlete can go. Anyone on the team can load the weight for the next athlete. 280#= 2 x 45, 2 x 10 300# = 2 x 45, 4 x 10 320# = 2 x 45, 2 x 25, 2 x 5, 340# = 2x45, 2x25, 2x 10, 2x 5 360# = 4 x 45, 2 x 5 380# = 4 x 45, 2 x 10, 2 x 5

For time: 300 Double Unders 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs (30") 20 Circus Dumbbell Clean & Press (95#) 2 athletes per movement and can break it up anyway they want. All reps of a movement must be completed before moving on to the next movement.

For Time: 60 Log OH Walking Lunge (65#=Empty) 50 Log Deadlifts (225#) 40 Log Cleans (185#) 30 Log SH2OH (155#) 20 Log Snatches (135#) 10 Log Thrusters (115#) All reps can be split among team in any way. One person working at a time. All reps of one movement must be completed before moving on to next movement. 225#= 2x45, 2x25, 2x10 185#=2x45, 2x10, 2x5 155#= 2x45 135#=2x25, 2x10 115#=2x25
