Event description

 

The Dynamic Duel is a same sex partner competition. There will be 5 divisions:

  • Beginner 
  • Advanced
  • Intermediate
  • Masters (75+ combined age)
  • Masters (95+ combined age)

Every team will participate in 3 workouts, two main workouts and a floater WOD. All workouts will be released in advance of the event.

This year's Duel will be held at Precision CrossFit, and we are excited to have such a great venue for our competition. There will be plenty of parking nearby and ample space for athletes to set up tents.

Check-in will be from 6:30-7:15am, the athlete briefing will be at 7:15am, and Heat 1 of WOD 1 will begin at 8:00am sharp.

No refunds will be issued.
