Event description

 

A competition for masters athletes.

Three age divisions, open division (no RX/Scaled)

35-44, 45-54, and 55+.

Movement Standards:

Ages 35-54:

  • Double Unders
  • Clean and Jerk 95/65
  • Chin Over Bar Pull-ups
  • Toes To Bar
  • Deadlifts 225/155
  • Snatch 95/65
  • HSPU

Ages 55+

  • Single Unders
  • Clean and Jerk 65/45
  • Jumping Pull-ups
  • Hanging Knee Raises/Sit-ups
  • Deadlift 185/125
  • Power Snatch 65/45
  • Push-ups

*All WOD's are programmed in such a way that the harder/inaccessible movements are at the end. These WOD's will be accessible to all skill levels.

 

 

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 4

Athlete has 4 minutes to complete:

For 35-44 Men and Women

500m Row

15 Burpee Over Erg

 

For 55+

300M Row

10 Burpee Over Erg

Followed by a 1 minute rest, into 1 RM Bench (see other score sheet)

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

1RM Bench Press

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 12 | Tiebreaker: Tiebreak Time
