2018 CFFF National Championships - Presented by ISIKOST

Date: July 7/8, 2018

Location: Crossfit Markham, Markham, ON

Divisions:

  • Under 20 male/female (Born Jan 1, 1999 or later)
  • Open male/female
  • Masters 35-44 male/female (Born no later than 1983 and no earlier than 1974)
  • Masters 45+ male/female (Born in 1973 or earlier)
  • Co-ed teams of 4 (Any age) - You may apply with a team you have competed with previously, or create a new team for this event.

This is your first chance to compete for the title of Canadian Champion in your division!  Also on the line, qualification for the world championships (top 3 adult males, top 3 adult females and top co-ed team only) in London, England, October 6/7, 2018

Minimum Standards for Registration:

Individual Men 

Clean and Jerk - 275lbs
Snatch - 225lbs
Run 1 mile - under 7 mins
Ring Muscle-ups - 10 unbroken
 
Masters, u20 and Team Men
 
Clean and Jerk - 245lbs
Snatch - 195lbs
Run 1 mile - under 7:30 mins
Ring Muscle-ups - 6 unbroken
 
Individual Women
 
Clean and Jerk - 185lbs
Snatch - 145lbs
Run 1 mile - under 8 mins
Ring Muscle-ups - 5 unbroken
 
Masters, u20 and Team Women
 
Clean and Jerk - 155lbs
Snatch - 125lbs
Run 1 mile - under 8:30 mins
Ring Muscle-ups - 3 unbroken

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 15

Aerobic Capacity

For time:

100m Shuttle x 5 = 1,000m

80m Shuttle x 5 = 800m

60m Shuttle x 5 = 600m

40m Shuttle x 5 = 400m

20m Shuttle x 5 = 200m
