Look out Long Beach, here comes a new and fresh 2-person team functional fitness competition to test the will of the athletes of SoCal.  Battleground Events has partnered with Legion Sports Fest to bring you FALLOUT.
 
Three Workouts-  One Fun Day, One Aweome Venue.
The competition consists of 3 challenging events.  Top 3 make podium in each division after 3 workouts.

*IMPORTANT

  • Please be reminded that the personalized T-Shirt and Name Plate has strict deadlnie for registering.
  • All athletes will be required to complete a signed waiver available for download to print and turn-in at check-in.
  • SPECTATORS: Registered Competitors receive a complimentary entry to the venue which is inside the Legion Sports Fitness Expo. All spectators will be required to purchase an entry to the Legion Sports Expo to enter.
  • We have a strict NO REFUND policy.
  • Reminder this is an outdoor event and subject to unforseen acts of nature such as weather which may result in cancellation of the event for safety reasons.
  • There is extremely limited areas for affiliates to set up their resting areas and canopies. We are working on a designated area however there is no guarantee that this will be available so please plan accordingly.

Seated Athlete:

0:30 Overhead Hold (45 lb Barbell)

20 Shoulder to overhead (45 lb barbell)

10 Ring Pull ups 

 

Standing Athlete: 

15 Single Arm OHS (40 lb dumbell) 

20 Single Arm Push Press (40 lb dumbell)

10 Single Arm Ring Rows 

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 10

Seated Athletes:

As many rounds as possible in 12 Min:

(Athletes may divide work however they like)

 

30 OHS (115/95, 95/75, 75/65 (Front Squats))

30 HSPU ( Wallballs (20/14, 14/8)

30 Chest to bar (30 Pull ups/30 hand release push ups)

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 12

For Time

Teams will complete 4 total rounds of the following:

(Team members will alternate each round)

Cals Ski Erg (20 rx/Mstr 40-49) (15 Int/beg and Mstr 50+)

Cals Bike Erg (20 rx/Mstr 40-49) (15 Int/beg and Mstr 50+)

50 Double unders (100 Single unders Beginner/Wom Mstr 50+)

For Reps:

Each team member will complete the following couplets, each beginning with 10 box jump overs 

(Team members alternate at the end of each couplet)

Format: 

Athlete 1 does 10 BJO +20 pistols

Athlete 2 does 10 BJO +20 pistols

Athlete 1 does 10 BJO + 20 DL

Athlete 2 does 10 BJO +20 DL

 

10 Box jump overs (rx/40-49 masters-30/24, Int/Masters men 50+- 24/20, Beg/ Wom 50+- 20/20 step ups okay)

20 Alt Pistols (Mstr 40-49 10 Alt Pistols) (Int/ Mstr men 50+ Doblet Squat 1.5/1) (Wom beginner/ Mstr 50+ airsquats)

10 box jump overs

20 DL (rx-275/185, 40-49 Masters- 225/175, Int/Master men 50+- 205/155, Beg/Masters wom 50+- 155/105)

10 Box jumps overs 

20 WB (rx/40-49 masters-30/20 (Masters 40-49 women 14# WB, Int/Masters men 50+ 20/14, Beg/ Masters wom 50+-14/8)

10 box jump overs

10 Bar muscle ups (Masters 40/49-20 C2B, Int/Masters men 50+-10 C2B, Beg/ Wom master 50+- 10 burpees)

Once workout is complete, team will do synchronized bar facing burpees for remainder of the 14 minutes.
