Event description

The Fire & Ice Challenge is back!! We are proud to host the 4th annual competition at WildFire .

Teams of two men and two women will compete in three workouts and a floater workout to take top spots in either the Scaled or Rx divisions.

Your registration includes a swag bag for each athlete with cool stuff from our sponsors. 

Event T-shirts & Tank tops are available for purchase under the merchandise section.

Registration is non-refundable.

Get your registrations in early as spots will fill up and prices will go up!

  • 3 Bar Muscle Ups/ 9 Pull Ups
  • 50 Burpees Over The Bar/ Burpees
  • 2 Bar Muscule Ups/ 6 Pull Ups
  • 50 Snatches 
  • 1 Bar Muscle Up/ 3 Pull Ups

^^^Athletes will rotate in order and tag when switching. Athletes must complete 1 rep before tagging out.
