Ragin’ CrossFit is proud to announce that the 8th Annual Ragin’ Games are right around the corner. The Ragin’ Games is a single day, multi- event CrossFit competition. Athletes are to complete various, unknown, unexpected workouts. In 2010 Ragin' Games was the first CrossFit Competition to come to the Acadiana Area and it holds the reputation for being one of the biggest and best competitions in the South.
