NOTE: This competition is exclusive to Athletes of CrossFit Tribe, CrossFit Resistance, Divergent Crossfit, CrossFit Nui, and CrossFit Reason. This Year we are welcoming CrossFit Crown City and CrossFit Ganbatte !
 
This will mark the 5th Annual Throwdown between our Resistance and Tribe. Just like each year that passes we expect this one to be bigger than the last with more of our neighboring boxes participating !
 
It wil be a Partner competiton with same sex teams. 
  • There are the following divisions: Rx'd and scaled.  
  • Just added Master's Scaled and Rx Divisions 
  • The competition will will consist of 3 workouts.  
  • Registration for the event will be $100 per pair.  The registration will cover the cost of t-shirts and prizes for the top finishers!  
  • We are capping the competition at 50* teams

Please Register by June 9th to Guarantee a shirt from the competiton. Anything After will not guarantee a shirt.
