Get those special people in your life together for a fun filled, LADIES ONLY TEAM COMP (Rx and Scaled divisions)
 
Never Doubt, 47 Sumner St, Milford, MA is excited to announce the EmpowHER team competition.  
 
Teams of 4 women.
Sunday, June 10th, 2018 8:00AM - 3:00PM
Rx and Scaled divisions.
Early Bird registration $240 per team (plus team transaction fee) until May 11th.  $300 per team (plus team transaction fee) after. There will be NO refunds.
Registration closes June 1st.
3 workouts with top teams advancing for a Final workout. 
 
Standards (these are not all inclusive but give a good idea)
Rx
Weightlifting
All athletes should be able to handle:Deadlift (155), Ground to overhead (95), OHS (80)
Gymnastics - at least 2 of the 4 athletes should be able to handle: HSPU, chest to bar pull ups
All athetes should be able to perform double unders
 
Scaled
All athletes should be able to handle: Deadlift (125), clean (55), Ground to overhead (65), Front squat (80)
Seated dumbbell press (for hspu), singles unders, hanging knee raises
