Hi there!

Here is your ticket for the finals of the Walters Cup Throwdown.

If you are in the Intermediate division buy your ticket for the 28th of April. If you are in the RX division buy your ticket for the 29th of April.

You can choose your division when you buy the ticket.

Choose the right one, so your team will be in the right division on the leaderboard!

There is no refund possible.

Parking is free in front and around our venue.

A.

AMRAP 4

 

Buddy 1 and Buddy 2 work at the same time.

Buddy 1 is performing hand released push ups, while Buddy 2 is hanging on the rig with two hands.

The moment Buddy 2 lets go of the rig, Buddy 1 needs to stop with the hand released push ups.

Switch position after 2 minutes.

The max amount of hand released push ups of both Buddy´s is the score.

B.

6 minutes to work for the heaviest complex of the

Clean, Hang Clean and Jerk.

Buddy´s alternate the movement.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Calorie AMREP 7

 

Buddy 1 performs 10 meter bumper plate overhead walking lunges and 10 Power Snatches.

Meanwhile Buddy 2 burns calories on the assault bike.

Switch bike-ride each time you finish the bumper plate overhead walking lunges and the power snatches.

 

Bumper Plate weight:

Use 15/10kg for RX athletes and 10/5kg for Intermediate athletes.

Power Snatch weight:

Use 60/45kg for RX athletes and 50/35kg for intermediate athletes.

 

Score: total amount of assault bike calories.

 

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 15

30 synchronic DB snatches

20 burpee box jumps

Both buddy´s need to do at least 1 rep of each movement, except for the DB Snatches, which need to be done synchronic.

Weight for the DB Snatches: 22,5/15kg for RX Athletes and 17,5/10kg for Intermediate Athletes.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 12 | Tiebreaker: Time after the final thruster of the set of 9.

Weights: 40/25kg for all divisions.

Both buddy´s need to do all the 150 single unders, first Buddy 1, then Buddy 2.

The Thrusters and Pull-ups need to be done synchronic.
