For the 6th year running South Coast Throwdown is back!

An individual competition for all abilities.

3 WODs and a final for qualifying athletes.

Masters Category is age 40 or above on the day of the competition.

A fun, friendly and challenging day for all!

2 MINUTES MAX LATERAL OVER BAR BURPEES
