Event description

It's that time of year and Crossfit Kitchener is hosting the most terrifying fitness competition, Nightmare On Mill Street 5.
This years event will take place on November 7th at both our Borden and Mill Street locations.(Map Provided)
Athletes in the Rx'd and Scaled divisions will battle it out over 4 grueling workouts to determine which team will reign supreme.
And this year we will be adding 3 terrifying new divisions to our event. Rx'd male pairs, Rx'd female pairs, and masters (45+ same gender) pairs.
So get your costumes ready and come join us for a competition that will haunt your for weeks to come.

Administrative stuff:
A portion of the proceeds will go to charity
Charity will be determined at a later date.
There are no refunds once registration is complete.
Registration exchanges may be made up to event date, but t-shirt size cannot be guaranteed.
Must be 18 years of age to compete
Free parking is available at the event
The event will take place at 50 Borden Avenue S Unit 3 Kitchener Ontario N2G 3R5 and, 543 Mill Street Unit 6 Kitchener Ontario N2G 2Y5 

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Tiebreaker: 20 min time cap

400m Sled Drag 90#/45# men can carry plate for women 200 lunge steps with barbell in front rack 95#/65# every time barbell is put down or switched the next working team member does 10 WB(not scored for reps) 400m Sled Drag 90#/45# men can carry plate for women

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Tiebreaker: 20 Min time cap

4 rounds of. 5 power cleans 115/75 10 Burpee Box Jumps Scaled-Masters 20"/16" 50m Down and back shuttle run

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Tiebreaker: 25 min

Each member completes Either 3 rope climbs to 15 feet or 25 Toes to bar plus a 1km row The next team mate starts the gymnastic skill after the rower hits 1km

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Establish a 5 rep max overhead squat from the floor Last team member has either 5min or until the 25min time cap

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

3 Deadlifts @ 255/ 185 5 pull ups 10 pushups 15 air squats Team mates may assist each other with pull ups and deadlifts Teams score will be total reps of male and female team mates
