Teams of 2 Intermediate: At 3.2.1.go...One athlete will begin the row while the other begins the bike. They will continue until they finish the prescribed distance. Once both athletes are finished they will make their way to the parallette and perform 60 Synchro Burpees over the parallette (facing the P.Let). For the synchro both athletes hips and chest must make contact with the floor at the same time. A two footed jump over the parallette is required however the jump does not need to by synchro.

Teams of 2 Scaled: At 3.2.1.go...One athlete will begin the row while the other begins the bike. They will continue until they finish the prescribed distance. For the synchro both athletes hips and chest must make contact with the floor at the same time. Stepping or jumping over the parallette is acceptable and does not need to by synchro.

Teams of 4 RX:

At 3.2.1.go...one pair of your choice will begin working on the 2 mile Assault Bike while the other pair begins their 1500m row. Athletes may switch on the bike and rower as they wish. As soon as all of the bike AND all of the row is complete both pairs will begin working on 120 synchro P.Let facing Burpee over P.Let. One pair will work at a time and must tag the other pair when they choose to switch. For the synchro hips and chest of each person must make contact on the floor at the same time. A two footed jump over the parallette is required however the jump does not need to be synchro.

Tiebreak = time to complete Bike and Row

Score if they do not finish is 15 + ever burpee remaining = 1 second added to their time

Teams of 2 (Scaled and Intermediate): Each team will have 5 minutes for the pair to find their max clean and jerk. Any type of clean (power or squat) is acceptable as long as the bar is caught with both elbows in front. Any type of jerk (push or split) is acceptable as long as the athlete finishes with both arms locked out and feet return to center under the hips. Event will be scored as a total of both athletes’ max successful lift.

Teams of 4 RX:

The 2 Men will begin and have 5 minutes to find their max clean and jerk. They will have 1 minute to transition and then the 2 women will have 5 minutes to find their max clean and jerk. During the transition the bar may be stripped and loaded but no lifts are allowed. Any type of clean (power or squat) is acceptable as long as the bar is caught with both elbows in front. Any type of jerk (push or split) is acceptable as long as the athlete finishes with both arms locked out and feet return to center under the hips. Event will be scored as a total of all 4 athletes’ max successful lift.

Teams of 2 (Intermediate):

At 3.2.1.go...Both partners will approach their barbell at the assigned weight and begin 15 Synchro Overhead Squats. For Synchro both athletes must break parallel at the same time and finish with full extension of the arms, hips, and knees before beginning the next rep. As soon as they complete the 15 OHS they will begin on 15 synchro pull ups. For the pull ups both partners chin must be over the bar at the same time. Next they will go back to the barbell and complete 12 Synchro OHS at the same load and then 12 synchro pull ups.

They will head back to the bar and increase the load to the designated weight and complete 9 Synchro OHS and then back to the pull up bar for 9 synchro Chest to Bar pull ups. The synchro is that both partners chest (below the clavicle) must make contact with the bar at the same time. They will return to the barbell for their final round of 6 synchro OHS at the same load and then to the pull up bar for their 6 synchro C2B pull ups. Partners will advance to the finish line to complete the workout.

The Tiebreak will be when the atheltes complete the round of 12.

Teams of 2 (Scaled):

At 3.2.1.go...Both partners will approach their kettlebell at the assigned weight and begin 21 Synchro Goblet Squats. For Synchro both athletes must break parallel at the same time and finish with full extension of the hips and knees before beginning the next rep. The Kettlebell must be held under the chin. As soon as they complete the 21 goblet squats  they will begin 21 synchro Kettlebell swings (American). For the KBS both partners must have the top of the bell facing the ceiling with arms directly overhead (covering the ears) at the same time. Once they finish all 21 KBS they will go back to goblet squats and complete 18 synchro goblet squats followed by 18 synchro KBS, then 15 synchro goblet squats and 15 synchro KBS. Partners will advance to the finish line to complete the workout.

The Tiebreak will be when the atheltes complete the round of 18.

Teams of 4 RX:

At 3.2.1.go...one M/F pair will begin working on 18 Synchro Overhead squats then 18 Synchro Chest to Bar Pull ups while the second M/F pair wait. Once M/F pair one complete their 18 OHS and 18 C2B Pullups, then M/F pair two will tag in to complete 15 Synchro OHS and 15 Synchro C2BPU. The pairs will remain the same for the remainder of the workout switching again M/F Pair 1 completing 12 Synchro OHS and 12 Synchro BMU, and switching one last time with M/F Pair 2 to complete 9 Synchro OHS and 9 Synchro BMU.

For the OHS both partners must break parallel at the same time and return to full extension together before beginning the next rep. For the synchro Chest to Bars both partners must touch their chest (below the clavicle) to the bar at the same time. For Synchro Bar Muscles Ups partners must reach lock out above the bar at the same time.

For the Bar Muscle up, feet must stay below the bar during the movement and each partner must clearly pass through a dip, no glide kipping is allowed. Athletes also must keep their hands on the bar at all times and may not rest their body on the bar. The barbell will increase load each round and will be loaded by the pair coming on the floor to work.


 12 Minute Time Cap and a tiebreak will be when the round of 15 is complete
