WOD 1 is an indiviual workout (each team member will go one at a time). 

“Bartender”
Each person gets 2:30 to establish a max snatch.
1st partner will establish a 4 rep max hang snatch
2nd partner will establish a 3 rep max hang snatch
3rd partner will establish a 2 rep max hang snatch
4th partner will establish a 1 rep max hang snatch

All 4 max lifts will be totaled together for one team score. Any team member can choose any of the maxes to lift.

WOD 2 is a partner workout - girl/guy (2 at a time)

  • 20 synchro power cleans 
  • 10 synchro burpee over bar
  • 20 synchro front squats
  • 10 synchro burpee over bar
  • 20 synchro STO
  • 10 synchro burpee over bar

Max rep in remainder of time:

  • Ring muscle up or 5 toes through ring = 1 rep
