Within a 10 minute time cap, teams complete a rescue board swim around a marked course then AMRAP synchro bar touch burpees (3 athletes working) in the remaining time.

Each team has a stack of 6 tyres, which they must unload, flip to the end of the lane and restack.

The team completes a team run with a sandworm around a marked course on the beach. The worm must be held on shoulders at all times. The time stops when the worm is back in its starting position

5 - 10 minutes in second box to complete 18 rope climbs
Straight into:
10 - 15 minutes in third box to complete AMRAP atlas stone lifts.
Athletes take it in turn to complete atlas stone reps - different points for each stone.
3 stones for males, 3 stones for females - lightest stone = 1 point, middle stone = 2 points, heaviest stone = 6 points.
